Lifestyle Fitness Coaching
We take a look at your life/goals/capabilities and help you put together a programme that is right for you – lifestyle coaching. We will help you develop an exercise routine and food plan that is realistic to your lifestyle an easy for you to maintain. Helping you make healthy choices that you enjoy and can sustain. Generally this is a twice a month session, that can be topped up using Skype. You will be coached every step of the way, making sure that you keep up your new routine, where previously you may have felt alone and disheartened.
