New to Physical Wellbeing, our find me a trainer service takes all the guess work out of choosing the right personal trainer for you.
We will find a fully certified trainer local to you, who will either come to your home/place of work or local park. We will instruct the trainer how to carry out our 45min interval weight loss training programme.
This is a very fast, effective weight loss training plan that can be undertaken by anyone, as long as you have the correct instruction. The latest science tells us that you can lose double the weight, for up to eight hours after the session, with this formula. 7x2min high intensity interval sessions with 1 min rest in between. What the science doesn’t tell you is that you must warm up properly to perform this safely, cool down and be stretched. The training also needs to be varied to keep you making progress. This is where we have added structure to give you optimum results.
We will oversee your trainer to make sure you are getting the best possible service and charge an initial fee of £99. There will be no additional charge thereafter. You pay us and we pay your trainer. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you are receiving, your trainer doesn’t get paid.
Sessions are £45 and £60 for two clients.

Mark my trainer phoned me and we worked out my training schedule and away we went. I love the concept of these interval sessions 2mins x 7 with 1min rest in between. Warm up is 10 mins and a cool down stretch to finish. It’s so quick and effective for the man with not enough hours in the day, it really is the perfect solution ticking all boxes..
