In this four part course we will pick an area in your life that is unbalanced. I will show you how relaxation and meditation techniques can disarm this situation. We will create a strategy that will help you to overcome doubt and insecurities, in real time. The course will always be specific to you, your goals and needs. I will show you how these simple techniques can help you to gain confidence and peace of mind, where once there was anxiety and disorder. Once you have learnt these techniques, you will feel comfortable and confident using them in other areas of your life.

In this course, we teach you the art of meditation and how to relax in all situations. You will learn simple techniques that you can implement in your life immediately. You will understand more about the subconscious mind and the role it plays in your life. Regular meditation can have a profound impact on your life and decision making. You will master simple techniques, that you can use at any time. Ten minutes a day spread out over a week can be a life-changing experience.

Very good course. I must confess I found it challenging initially. Once you get used to opening up it becomes a necessity. I have continued to work with Gary on other issues in my life through Lifestyle Coaching. I highly recommend his services.
