We will question why you have sabotaged your success and what we can do to avoid this scenario in the future. We will take a particular subject and monitor it over four weeks implementing strategies to remove self-sabotage behaviour. These skills will be invaluable in your life going forward.

Selfsabotage is when we actively or passively take steps to prevent ourselves from reaching our goals. Why do we continually sabotage our progress or success? These character traits are often deeply in-beaded in our subconscious minds. Many of us play out this scenario time and time again without ever reaching our true potential. Learn how and why this happens and what can be done to avoid it.

Great course. I had so much fun doing this. Gary has a great sense of humour and I really appreciated the way he made a very complex situation simple and manageable. I highly recommend this course.
