In this short course will assess your own diet and nutrition. Together we will look and how and when you eat. We will look at what and how much you eat. I will explain to you the relevance of the food you eat and how it is important. I will also educate you about the nutritional value of food and why it is key to your health. We will also touch on supplementation and discover what is missing. It is important to understand how the right supplement can create balance.

Since Covid-19 I’ve been working from home. It all got a bit much after the third lockdown. I needed some direction and support. This course gave me everything I needed. I can’t thank Gary enough. He came into my life, just at the right time.
I really didn’t need another course as I am currently a university student. I needed help though and this course was the answer. I found Gary’s teaching refreshing and simple to follow. He had already informed me there would not be too much paperwork, but i was still pleasantly surprised.
This was my first time taking an online course.
The content is excellent, and the instructors are also excellent.
