What Is Urban Conditioning?

Urban Conditioning is a specialised personal training programme from celebrity personal trainer Gary Ousby of Physical Wellbeing. The aim of the programme is to combat the detrimental effects of city life. The Urban Conditioning programme is the result of years of research and feedback from our clients. We have listened and watched closely as the culture of London life has become a drain on health and wellbeing. People are working 12 hour shifts, often sat behind a computer with very little physical activity throughout the day.

It’s easy to see how this has progressed in recent years, the economic crisis coupled with rising bills has put extra financial pressure on the entire country and unfortunately, health and wellbeing has been forced to take a back seat.
