This is a five day a week programme with weekends off. Programme will last six weeks.
DNA Delivery: Advanced ProgrammeTry our DNA Diet delivery service. We send you a swab test kit within 48hrs. Send this off too the lab and we will have your result back within 10 working days. This is where Physical Wellbeing are unique. We will have our food company make you your very own diet plan, prepare it and deliver to your home or place of work twice a week. This is a seven day a week programme for six weeks.
