How it works

Your DNA swab test will be sent to you within 48 hours of payment. Once you post the test back to our laboratory, you will receive your results within 10 working days. Our home delivery service will then take your unique test results and provide you with a 6/12 week diet plan. This has been designed by our PHD Nutrionist, working off the results of your test. We have a 5 or 7 day a week plan and deliveries will be twice a week at your convenience. Recent studies have proven that you can lose up to 33% more fat from our unique service.

I train with my trainer twice a week and like the idea that the sessions are only 45mins. I initially did three sessions a week to start with, but once I reached my goal, I replaced one session with a run or swim.

I have really struggled to keep an exercise routine going over the years and find diets almost impossible to stick to. I live on my own and I’m constantly on the go with work. I’ve tried trainers before but never found one that I really liked and end up missing most of the sessions.

Mark, my trainer, phoned me and we worked out my training schedule and away we went. I love the concept of these interval sessions 2mins x 7 with 1min rest in between. Warm up is 10 mins and a cool down stretch to finish. It’s so quick and effective for the man with not enough hours in the day; it really is the perfect solution, ticking all boxes.
