Come in for your DNA swab test, InBody Analysis and Breath by Breath Analysis. You will then have a diet plan/training plan unique to you. We will also take into account your metabolic rate, fat content muscle imbalances, and be able to give you a programme that you can undertake on your own or with your own trainer.
