What we can offer the professional athlete: InBody Analysis, segmentally measuring each limb/torso/metabolic rate to determine muscle imbalances/dietary prescription. DNA Swab test, to prescribe exercise/diet/nutrition/supplementation. Antioxidant Scan, to determine toxicity in the body, brought about by over exertion. Breath by Breath Analysis, to determine VO2, and prescribe training programme specific to your sport. TDF, organic, ethically sourced food, made to your metabolic rate, sports specific and delivered to your club/home fresh each morning. We also provide, full bloods, urine test, spit test, stool sample where our Nutrionist can then have a blend of vitamins/supplements designed specifically for you.
