Gary Ousby

Born and bred in London; I have spent the last twenty years transforming the health of some of the country’s brightest CEO’s, directors, athletes and showbiz personalities. In this time I’ve developed a unique understanding of what it takes to carve out a lifestyle of continually improved wellbeing. When you’re busy I know that it’s easy to put your health on the back-burner. I’ve spent my professional life gaining the expertise needed to help people like you out of that sticky situation, and in 1994 I founded Physical Wellbeing to bring you the very best the fitness industry can offer.

Professional, personal service

At Physical Wellbeing, my mission is to provide you the same level of sport science support available to world-class athletes. Together we’ll build a bespoke plan that fits around your busy life and set realistic, healthy goals to get you to where you want to be.

Using cutting edge in-body scanning technology, we’ll identify the areas you can focus on to deliver the fastest, safest and most reliable results possible. We’ll meet regularly to discuss your progress and create an ever-clearer picture of your health needs. Together we’ll build an exercise routine that works for you, and a meal plan that’s easy and enjoyable to stick to.

Every step we take together is guided by reliable, established scientific understanding. Scans will be taken at a minimum of every two weeks to ensure you’re always striding in the right direction, and that any barriers to progress are identified and overcome quickly.

No two people are the same, which is why we put science at the forefront of our service. My scanners are able to build a picture of your wellbeing which is unparalleled in the industry. You’ll be supported every step of the way, and every piece of advice you receive will be tailor made to suit your individual needs based on the results.

The support you need

This process is a journey. On route to improving your physical and mental wellbeing we’ll take steps to ensure you are supported throughout.

  • We’ll carry out DNA testing to identify dietary intolerances and deficiencies to be remedied by a personalised meal plan. This will include step-by-step recipes and supplement recommendations as tested by myself personally
  • With our PNF Stretch physio technique, your muscles will become more naturally resilient to injury
  • We’ll track and measure improvements to your heart and lung capacity regularly
  • Six-weekly toxicity scans will show you the constant progress that being achieved

Should the need arise; you can rest assured that I work alongside some of the most talented private doctors and physiotherapists in the business. If we reach the decision together that you’d benefit from their help too, their services will be made available.
